Im tired. I think I’m sort of hungry. i dont know. My brain’s utterly confused after this morning’s exam. It went well.. although i really shouldn’t have studied as hard as i did. None of the theories except for 2 came out in the exam. The rest was just common sense. one of the questions was about how celebrity reference groups could be a disadvantage to marketeers.
I mentioned Kate Moss and her cocaine habbit and Naomi Campbell pulling fur out of her arse. So much for anti fur. huhu. I was so dissapointed with the paper. I answered everything pulang. But i was dissapointed. I had all these theories and well… THE WORKS in my head when i entered the exam but i only ended up using probably 1/4 of the information. haha. That was more ENTERTAINMENT NEWS la rather than Consumer Behaviour. And i have “E” to thank for. krg tah ku tulis surat arah juliana depandi.

after my exams we headed down to chadstone. oh no. that was after i went to the repair centre to demand for my laptop. Before going there, i had called ACER AUSTRALIA up over the phone and they told me that the motherboard has arrived but they are still waiting for the OUTER HARD CASING TO ARRIVE . and i was like. what the hell? why are they only ordering it now??? ok. whatever. they then told me for the 100,0000,00000,00000,0000 time that it was going to be fixed either tommorow or today. there’s only so manyyy “tommorows or todays” that i can take kan?!?! Naturally, i didn’t settle for it and had Nawa drive me up to the repair centre where i demanded to see my laptop. The technician on site showed me the outer casing of my laptop and pointed out a tiny air bubble poking out of the right hand side of the case (next to the touch pad). and i was like. shit. how did that happen right?? SKALI APA NAH??
SURE THEY DETECTED A “DEFAULT” on THE OUTER CASING OF THE LAPTOP. but they failed to tell me that it was INDUCED by the TECHNICIAN who was fixing my unit at that time. YA TETABAK SCREW ARAH THE WRONG PLACE. WHAT THE HELL RIGHT????????? and there they were on the phone making it seem like it was MY FAULT that the outer casing was broken. GOOD THING I WENT THERE. I was so madddd sampai si Ben (the technician) ani pun KAJAR KAJAR BAH becakap. pwaaalui. I got him to give me his direct mobile line and i expect my laptop to be fixed by TOMMOROW. huhu. tapi kesian jua si ben ani kana marahi inda tantu tantu pasal. but whatever. SIAPA LAGI KAN KUMARAHI KAN?SI ANGEL X-MEN ATU CUTI. indakan masuk tarus2 bejumpa director kai KAPAK? hehe.. he was really shaking sampai tulisannya ani pun inda lagi betantu bah. hahaha. i remember going “eh is that a 3 or an 8” its an 8 nya. bwoh. terok. terok bah customer service cemani ani.
with this kind of customer service. ACER can go to HELL.
it has been a long day. lusa lagi exam. tis weeks is not my weeks. kan pms kali.

Acer scratched my cover when I sent it for repairs (my laptop was only two – three weeks old by then) and they didn’t bother doing anything about it, they just sent it back to me macam atu! It wasn’t even a small scratch, it was a lllooonnngggg visible scratch. I was leaving the country the next week, so they couldn’t replace my cover in time. What a bunch of asses.

Erm, lol, actually, it was Acer UK who scratched my laptop. I didn’t know who I could go to in Brunei to replace my cover. It’s now collecting dust on my cupboard though, so not bothered. Heh.
