I woke up with a sore throat and a headache this morning. Seems like im coming down with something. Blah. I don’t know if going to Bikram Yoga would help prevent the symtomps from brewing in to a flu. I’d take vitamin C but i think its a tad too late for that now.

Yesterday Kamy’s mom called us over for chicken rice. The mom’s chicken rice is probably one of the best chicken rice i’ve ever tasted in this whole wide world. Its the NYAMANEST of the nyamans ok? My other favorites has got to be her oxtail stew, her oyster-corriander frittata, the chicken curry..and her Soto with hati buyah. *drools*. I strongly suggest the mom to open up a catering business. Kamy’s mom’s cooking is probably one of the things i would miss about Melbourne when i leave.
I know i’d probably still get invited to her luncheons in Brunei but i guess it wont be the same like having it at their apartment on Spring street.

Anyway, i got to meet the kids too. Kat’s daughter Meerah is now 1+ and Khadeejah is fast approaching four months!!! They’re just tooooooooo cute i tell you. Meerah usually avoids me like a plague when the other girls are around. She’d even CRY sometimes when im near her hahaha. We’ve concluded that it probably has something to do with my short hair and OLIVE skin. So when the fairer girls with LONGER hair (BOO!!!) are not around..guess who wanted to come out and play!! damn right!!!! OLIVE SKINNED GIRL WON THIS TIME ..BOOYAH!!!

Baby Khadeejah

And was’t i surprised to see Khadeejah.. all grown up. will not exactly but u know, a little bit bigger. Her features are more defined now but i still can’t exactly figure out who she takes after more. The mom or the dad. dua dua lah. hahaha rasa ku kan gigit ni this girl! just look at her cheeks and shaped-like eyebrows!! She spent the day chatting away with whoever’s carrying her. hahaha. so cute.

these things are SCARY. It was trying to fly ni.. i think it was HIGH. hahaha.

This is meerah taking the term ‘writing on your wall’ a little bit too literally. hahahaha.
