shit. i just jammed my toe on the sharp edge of my fan stand. stand fan? fan stand? stand fan. *growl* not a good start to the day. Spent the whole night preparing for SUNDAY’s Open house. I have the sambal for the nasi lemak under control and there are currently two roast legS of lamb marinating in the fridge. Figuring out how to prepare coconut rice for 30+ people is next on the list. My current rice cooker can only fill 5 cups of rice max. Which i doubt would be enough. Mom says that cooking rice in a deep pan would not be a good idea as it will burn easily. mcm lagu usher tu eh Burn. hahaha apakan. So. the only answer to my predicament is to cook rice twice. or thrice if needed. and i have no choice but to go through all the trouble of washing and cooking washing and cooking over and over again..

even luther’s sultry voice can’t help me with this one. sigh. paning ku eh. Ujai’s open house is at 3. and i had promised them brownies. which, i still have to make. On top of things, we still need to get plastic plates plastic cups. it’s like playing Nip tuck but with plastic culinary! peow. OH. that reminds me. flowers. for table setting.
