  • Peanut Butter Blondie - Code name PBB $20 - A recent favourite. Very Rich Peanut butter based blondie, topped with a thin layer of peanut butter ganache sprinkled with Daim and Nuts

• What are Blondies?
  When you leave out the cocoa and chocolate out and replace them with ingredients like brownsuga r, real vanilla beans , white chocolate you get a delicious yellow coloured brownie-like cake. So why call it a brownie? when it´s really a BLONDIE?
  
  *Each box of Brownie & Blondie are baked in individual 8x8 Tray and each weighs approx 600grams.

• Why so expensive?
  inda jua? i only use the best ingredients in my brownies.. like SWISS CHOCOLATE..not CHOKI CHOKI.

• Ok maybe its not that expensive, How can i order? I only bake on certain days , so please check back the blog regularly for baking times during the week. It is also advisable that you book earlier in the week to avoid disappointment..there are only limited slots available. You can SMS 8950000 or simply fill in this form.

  No. Only when i feel like it. By "feel like it" i mean when Im not busy. Im running a one-man show here.

• Why do you only sell you brownies on certain days? why not everyday?
  Simple: Quality Control.

• But how come .. sometimes you take orders on random weekdays, y r u being a selective with your customers?
  i do cater to large orders. large as in 10 or more boxes per-order…in which i will be crazy not to!! kan?? lol.
